TrustLoop Product Release Update — 17 Feb to 25 Mar 2026

New FeatureFormsGeneralMember ManagementNotifications & EmailsOnline PaymentsPermissions & SecurityProfiles & Safety

Substantial enhancements across forms, member management, security, and system reliability. Includes new member scope targeting, form duplication, dietary risk indicators, and tightened permissions.

New Features

  • Duplicate forms – You can now duplicate an existing form with a single click — no more recreating forms from scratch.
  • Member scope targeting – We've replaced the old group-based form targeting with a brand-new member scope system. You can now target forms to specific organisations, groups, or even individual members with much more flexibility and precision.
  • Multiple form submissions – Public forms can now accept multiple submissions from the same member, giving you more flexibility for recurring data collection.
  • Form access controls – You can now manage exactly who has access to each form and what they can do with it. Form managers and assistants have their own permission levels, so the right people can update forms without giving everyone full admin access.
  • Automatic form sync for new members – When you add someone to an organisation, they now automatically receive any published forms scoped to that organisation. No more manually assigning forms after adding members — it just works.
  • Dietary requirement risk indicators – Dietary requirements now show risk levels directly on member cards and in member detail views, so you can spot high-risk dietary needs at a glance.
  • Strict staff visibility – TrustLoop Admin can enable an option for your organisation that prevents staff members from viewing each other's profiles. Only organisation administrators will be able to see staff profiles if this is enabled. Let us know if you need this feature enabled.
  • Scheduled jobs engine – A new scheduled jobs engine powers automated background tasks like audience syncing and notifications.

Improvements

  • Payment status on form submissions – Payment badges now appear directly on form submissions, with clear status indicators for paid, pending, and unpaid items.
  • Better profile display on forms – When filling out a form, the relevant profile now shows up as a clean, polished card with an avatar and their details clearly displayed.
  • Additional info questions – New yes/no questions have been added to the Additional Info section of profiles, giving you more ways to capture important member details.
  • Print and export profiles with attachments – Profile exports and printouts now include attachment previews — medical documents, uploaded files, and images are all part of the printed view.
  • Clearer SMS billing info – The broadcast SMS screen now displays billing information more clearly, so you always know what you're sending and what it costs.
  • Tightened form permissions – Forms now enforce further permission checks across all form-related actions, including viewing form members, submissions, and distribution settings.
  • More secure sessions – Session timeouts have been tightened and your session cookie now stays in sync with the server-side session auto logging when session timeout is reached.
  • Clearer account signup flow – Registration page titles and subtitles have been updated so new users know exactly what to expect at each step.
  • Stripe account status – If your Stripe account isn't connected yet, we now show a clear message instead of leaving you guessing.
  • Faster page loads – We've added security headers, output compression, and cache-control headers for static assets, meaning pages and assets load faster and more securely.
  • Consistent medication labels – All medication consent fields now use the consistent "Permission to have" label, removing previous inconsistencies.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed dietary requirement risk levels not showing in member filters and indicators.
  • Fixed duplicate broadcast emails being sent to the same owner.
  • Fixed the news feed not properly supporting multi-organisation visibility and group targeting.
  • Fixed member card colour coding to match the updated customer specification.

  • Resolved a scenario where guest users could hit confusing "access denied" errors when their session cookie expired.
  • Corrected a typo where "From Assistant" was displaying instead of "Form Assistant" throughout the interface.
